This whisky is the flagship of the Tomatin Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky range, smooth and easy to drink. After spending time maturing in traditional oak casks, this particular Tomatin spends the last six to nine months of its maturation exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks. Aroma - A complex bouquet contains rich malt and fruity aromas with a hint of peatiness. Palate - The palate is rewarded with a unique combination of attractive flavors – a balance of apples, pears, malt with a gentle hint of nuttiness enhanced by the subtle use of sherry wood. Finish- Smooth, sweet and very satisfying.

TOMATIN 12YR FINO  $74.99 EA 750ML

Aroma - Green apples with a citrus burst of orange and lime. Pear, sweet nuts and coconut, custard and marzipan. Palate - Savoury and spicy on the palate with a zesty bitterness. Finish - Light and subtle.

TOMATIN 12YR MANZANILLA  $74.99 EA 750ML

Aroma - Chewy vanilla marshmallows, rich dried dates, crunchy pears and lemons. Reminiscent of haystacks. Palate - Oily and doughy, lemon sponge, green olives, pepper and toasted pine nuts. Finish - Subtle and slow moving.

Aroma - Fruitcake, boiled sweets, barley sugar, orange sherbet and creamy fudge. Slight hint of sweet smoke. Palate - Pinewood, bitter dark chocolate, coffee, orange marmalade. Finish - Bold and persistent.

Aroma - boiled sweets, Dried prunes, dates and apricots, almonds, liquorice, crème brûlée. Palate - Full bodied with peppery spice, Oolong tea, liquorice. Light and oily. Finish - Gingery spiciness.

TOMATIN 14YR PORTWOOD  $76.99 EA 750ML

Added to the distillery's core range in 2014, Tomatin 14 year old is aged in Bourbon barrels before being finished for a year in Port pipes. The first release from the distillery to be finished in this wood, it's fruity with a slight nuttiness

TOMATIN 18YR  $75.99 EA 750ML

This world class malt has been aged for a minimum of 18 years and married for a period in distinctive Spanish Oloroso sherry casks to produce an exquisite whisky. This non chill filtered whisky is packed full of flavour and has a velvety smooth mouth feel.

Appearance - golden amber Nose Delicious sweet sherry bursts up you, and plateaus with undertones of fresh apples, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and a hint of smoky heather. Palate Sweet and honeyed at first, with an oaky edge. Develops in the mouth with a bite of citrus and a hint of dark chocolate.

Finished The finish is long and lingering, with warming alcohol and smooth rich sherry, and it all keeps the mouth alive for several moments after. A world class single highland malt.
