In 1908 Ernest Shackleton abandoned his Journey to the South Pole leaving
behind a varity of gear and a few bottles of Mackinlay's Rare Old Highland Malt Whisky.
In 2007 those bottles were dug out of the ice and this rare spirit was copied through science and artful blending.
