A few new Items

E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel  100pf
Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. is widely considered one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry, fighting for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, nearly three decades after he purchased what is now called Buffalo Trace Distillery. During his time, Taylor implemented several innovative methods still used today, including climate controlled aging warehouses. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel is aged exclusively in Warehouse C, which was built by Taylor in 1881 and proven to be an excellent aging warehouse. Each barrel is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof to honor its namesake.

TASTING NOTES: The aroma carries lightly toasted oak, with dried figs and butterscotch. One sip brings flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices. The finish is just long enough to prepare the palette for another sip. The bottle itself is a likeness to Colonel Taylor's original design used over a century ago.   $74.99  750ml.

Dancing Pines Bourbon Whiskey
This bourbon hails from a small craft distillery in Loveland Colorado – the brainchild of a wife-husband-husband’s father combo! Dancing Pines is one of many new craft distilleries that have been popping up across America that have embraced the modern American whiskey renaissance with it’s bourbon whiskey. Yes, Dancing Pines does produce a bourbon. We like to point that out as many people think that bourbon can only come from Kentucky. Bourbon can come from anywhere in the United States but only Kentucky bourbon can come from Kentucky.
Appearance: clear with a medium minus golden to tawny color and thick legs
Nose: clean with medium notes of corn, grain, nutmeg, vanilla and a cream note
Palate: dry, soft, integrated alcohol, medium notes of corn, grain, pepper, nutmeg, cardamon, vanilla, walnut and a cream note. Medium finish with notes of corn and a hint of cherry.
$47.95  750ml.

El Dorado Spiced Rum
This exotic spirit carries the style, quality and provenance you would expect from the El Dorado brand.
Its unique blend of aged Demerara rums and natural spices - cinnamon and vanilla with hints of citrus - delivers a genuine Caribbean flavor with a smooth taste and rich aroma.  $14.95   750ml.

El Dorado 8yr Rum
This 8 Year Old rum is a complex fusion of a full flavoured, heavy bodied rum with light-to-medium bodied rums aged in bourbon oak casks – creating a sumptuous smooth sipping rum which can also form the basis of memorable cocktails.
Tasting Notes:  Light to medium-bodied nose with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. Faint aroma of dried stone fruits and flambée banana. Soft and faintly sweet mouth-feel with traces of oak and butterscotch. Distinctly smooth.   $21.95  750ml.
